Access to the NetScout User Forum is managed via the NetScout.com Web Membership System -- a highly-integrated Internet application providing immediate, open access to NetScout information and resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world.
The membership system has been designed as an easy-to-use tool to facilitate interactive relationships between NetScout and its customers, partners, and site visitors.
NetScout.com and NetScoutUserForum.com Benefits:
As one of the primary vehicles for delivering information and enhanced services, NetScout Web sites now offer streamlined user access procedures through this unified membership system -- a single sign-on system manages your access to services and resources across all NetScout Web sites with one registration and one log in.
General Membership:
Membership is free and requires the submission of personal contact information and a username and password. All members receive "general" access which avoids the need to retype your contact information in the future (e.g. registering for training or events, requesting literature, registering products). If your information changes, you can edit your profile. If you forget your password, we'll send you a temporary password and you can personalize it when you return.
Access to NetScout User Forum:
All customers who have purchased and installed NetScout products are eligible to join the NetScout User Forum. Customers must hold at least one NetScout product license but need not have MasterCare service.
NetScout customers can request User Forum access by registering with the NetScout Web Membership System. Use the "Register" link at the upper right corner of this page or at the log in screen.
Site members who are already registered and logged in, can select the "Edit Profile" at the upper right corner of the page or submit the additional information when attempting to enter the Forum Members Area.
Valid requests will then be reviewed by the NetScout Forum Administrator for approval.
Once you have been approved for Forum membership, click the enter button and you will be directed to a log in screen. The username and password you entered during registration will be requested.
If you are already logged in during your current visit, you will not see a log in form. If you select the "Remember me" option during log in, you will not be asked to log in when you return until you use the "sign out" link.
